By accessing or using Structured Start (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of services

Structured Start provides business formation filing support and business/tax setup guidance for new business owners. Specific deliverables depend on the package purchased.

3. Not a law firm; no legal advice

Structured Start is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.

4. Tax guidance

Tax guidance provided as part of our packages is general in nature unless a separate written tax engagement is signed. Individual tax preparation or advisory services are provided under a separate engagement letter.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including entity name, ownership details, addresses, and business activity. Errors caused by inaccurate information may require additional fees to correct.

6. State filing fees

Package prices do not include state filing fees. State filing fees vary by state and will be confirmed with you before submitting your formation documents. State filing fees are billed separately.

7. No guarantee of state approval

We do not guarantee that a state will approve any particular filing or process it within a specific time frame. State processing times vary and are outside our control.

8. Payment terms

Package fees are payable at the time of purchase via our third-party payment processor.

9. Refund policy

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated by reference.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structured Start shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting operation, or violating applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
