Package fees

Package fees are payment for service work and administrative setup performed by Structured Start.

State filing fees

State filing fees are separate from package fees and are generally non-refundable once submitted to a state agency. We will confirm the applicable fee before submitting your formation documents.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted through our contact page. Please include your order details.

When a refund is available

Refunds may be available before work has begun on your order. Once formation preparation, document preparation, EIN support, consultation work, or filing work has begun, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed.

Rejected filings

If a filing is rejected by a state agency due to information you provided (for example, an unavailable business name), additional fees may apply to correct and resubmit the filing.

Processing timelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
